Mail.app … “You need to take this account online in order to download it”

Mail

Today, i try to remove my Envelope Index in MyUsername -> Library -> Mail …

Before that, i’ve backed it up … so if anything goes wrong, i just do a reverse engineering … lol

OK, so here are the steps :
- Quit Mail.app
- Open up Finder, click MyUsername -> Library -> Mail
- Copy Envelope Index for back-up purpose
- Delete original Envelope Index
- re-open Mail.app
- It’s splashed Welcome to Mail .. bla bla bla
- Importing message (take a while to import)

OK it’s enough, and Mail.app now open.

But … something goes wrong …..

When i click my Inbox, some of email shows message “This email bla bla bla bla has not download from server yet. You need to take this account online in order to download it.”

Dooh … and then i try to rebuild my Inbox, but it becomes blank, no email there …. wew

And then i double-check again in MyUsername -> Library -> Mail -> POP-email@ddress -> INBOX.mbx folder …
There’s two Messages folder there … the one with longer name …

So i quit Mail.app … and rename the Messages folder with Messages-dunno … and the longer one back to Messages …

Re-open Mail.app … Rebuild my Inbox … and voila … everything back to normal … :)
